Pilot mudguard are produced by injection machines with 1600-1800 tons of compression capacity, in between 190-220 degrees of temperature by adding black dye and 15% elestomeric softening agent inside polypropylene raw material. Stretch, fracture and tensile strength tests are done for one product in every 100 products on the production line.
