Pilot mudguard are produced by injection machines with 1600-1800 tons of compression capacity, in between 190-220 degrees of temperature by adding black dye and 15% elestomeric softening agent inside polypropylene raw material. Stretch, fracture and tensile strength tests are done for one product in every 120 products on the production line. Furthermore, the grooved structure exterior side of the product increases its esthetic look and the band has extra specifications such as glowing in bright environvents. There arae wather grooves inside of the product that prevent splashing water to the sides.
