Pilot mudguard are produced by injection machines with 1200-1500 tons of compression capacity, in between 180-200 degrees of temperature by adding black dye and 10% elestomeric softening agent inside polypropylene raw material. Stretch, fracture and tensile strength tests are done for one product in every 120 products on the production line. Furthermore, the grooves and the white band on the exterior side of the product increase its esthetic look and the band has extra specifications such as glowing in bright environvents.
