Pilot mudguard are produced by injection machines with 700-850 tons of compression capacity in between 170-190 degrees of temperature by adding black dye and 8% elestomeric softening agent inside polypropylene raw material. Stretch, fracture and tensile strength tests are done for one product in every 80 products on the production line.
