Pilot Mudguards are produced by injection machines with 700-850 tons of compression capacity, in between 170-190 degrees of temperature by adding black dye and 8% elastomeric softening agent inside polypropylene raw material. Stretch, fracture and tensile strength tests are done for one product in every 180 products on the production line.
